10 Ways I Use ChatGPT Every Week (That Make Everyday Life So Much Easier)

This episode is all about one of my favorite tools lately: ChatGPT. I know many women, especially in midlife, feel hesitant about AI. But, I’ve found it to be an incredibly helpful tool for everyday life!

I use AI for everything from improving recipes and planning meals to creating travel packing lists. It even helped me redesign my laundry room! It’s become a simple way to save time and stay organized.

In this episode, I’m sharing the practical ways I use ChatGPT each week and how it can make your daily life a little easier, too.

10 Ways I Use ChatGPT in Everyday Life

Here are some of my favorite practical ways I use ChatGPT in everyday life:

  • Improving recipes – I use it to tweak recipes, adjust serving sizes, or modify ingredients based on what I already have in my pantry.
  • Hosting reminders – ChatGPT has even reminded me to double-check things before hosting, like making sure all chargers and flatware are washed and ready.
  • Home design help – I’ve used it to redesign spaces in my home, including helping me plan my laundry room and choose a light fixture.
  • Artwork proportions – It’s helpful when figuring out the right size artwork for a wall or space.
  • Refining communication – I often use ChatGPT to help tweak emails and messages so my tone is clear and I’m not misunderstood.
  • Travel packing lists – It can generate a detailed packing list and remind you of items you might not think of.
  • Outfit ideas – If I’m unsure about an outfit, I’ll ask for styling ideas or ways to elevate the look.
  • Creating grocery lists – Especially helpful when I want meals or snack ideas that are high in protein.
  • Meal planning – ChatGPT can create a meal plan using the ingredients you already have in your fridge or pantry.
  • Quick home tasks – I’ll ask for a list of chores I can complete in 20 minutes or less to quickly refresh my home.
